kind of used to travelling and dining alone - well when you get to my age you're just glad to wake up in the morning. Got used to dining alone 'back in the day when I worked in Saudi and have always found NYC the easiest for 'solo'.
Had a solo bar moment last week at Via Carota! Best way to skip the line and sit immediately. The bar is for dining so you have plenty of space and no one hovering over you. Good people watching!
